Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of items are non-returnable. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or customized toys
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted clearance
- Used or unsealed learning materials
- Health and hygiene-related items (e.g. plush toys that have been used)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Books, arts & crafts kits, or educational toys with obvious signs of use
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Next, contact your bank – processing times can vary

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
